Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Skryxellnyglix ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Skryxellnyglix provides interior decor consultation services, including:

  • Interior decor consultation
  • Spatial styling and visual balance analysis
  • Furniture and object placement strategy
  • Material and color coordination

Service Limitations

Our services are limited to interior decor, styling, and spatial composition. We do not provide:

  • Construction services
  • Architectural design or structural engineering
  • Renovation or remodeling services
  • Wellness or therapeutic services

Consultation Process

Our consultation process includes:

  • Initial site visit and observation
  • Analysis and documentation of existing conditions
  • Material and object research
  • Placement strategy development
  • Implementation guidance

Specific terms, scope, and fees for each consultation will be agreed upon separately and documented in writing.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your space and requirements
  • Grant access to the space for consultation purposes
  • Make timely decisions regarding recommendations
  • Compensate for services as agreed

Intellectual Property

All recommendations, designs, drawings, and materials created by Skryxellnyglix remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these materials solely for the purpose of implementing the recommendations in your space.

Limitation of Liability

Skryxellnyglix provides consultation services and recommendations. We are not responsible for:

  • The implementation of recommendations by third parties
  • Structural or safety issues in the space
  • Changes made to recommendations without our approval
  • Results that differ from recommendations due to client modifications

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for consultation services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Fees are due as specified in the service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refunds

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, United States.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skryxellnyglix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any service agreements or other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skryxellnyglix regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Skryxellnyglix's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Service, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent.
