Consultation Services
Skryxellnyglix provides interior decor consultation services. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for consultation services.
Cancellation by Client
Before Consultation Begins
If you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposits specified in your service agreement.
Within 48 Hours of Consultation
If you cancel a consultation less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee may apply, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
After Consultation Begins
Once a consultation has begun, fees are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
Cancellation by Skryxellnyglix
In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled consultation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Provide as much advance notice as possible
- Offer to reschedule at your convenience
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
Refund Processing
If you are entitled to a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Service Modifications
If you wish to modify the scope of services after a consultation has begun, any changes must be agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply for expanded services. Reductions in service scope may result in partial refunds, subject to the work already completed.
Intellectual Property and Deliverables
If a consultation is cancelled after recommendations have been provided:
- All recommendations, designs, and materials remain the property of Skryxellnyglix
- You may not use these materials without our written permission
- Refunds do not include the right to use provided recommendations
Disputes
If you have concerns about our services or this policy, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodations.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The policy that applies to your consultation is the one in effect at the time you book your service.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment when possible:
- Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card
- Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account
- Check payments will be refunded by check
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Partial Services
If you have received partial services before cancellation, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. We will provide a detailed breakdown of completed work and applicable charges.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes. If we cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be handled according to the dispute resolution procedures in our Terms of Service.
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer more flexible cancellation and refund terms. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
